Participants are required to register each year for the new term at www.Ralphs.com
or by using the scanbar letter at the register starting September 1, 2009.

FOREVER FRIENDS’ NPO Number is 92285

1. Be sure to have your Ralphs REWARDS card handy and register your card
with Forever Friends after you sign up. If you do not yet have a Ralphs
REWARDS card, they are available at the customer service desk.

2. Go to www.ralphs.com. If you are a new online customer, click on Create
an Account; otherwise, skip to 3.

         a) To sign up for an online Ralphs Account, enter your zip code, click on favorite store, enter your email address, create a password, enter your card
number and personal information, agree to the terms and conditions,
then click on Complete Registration.

         b) You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the
link within the body of the email.

3. Click on My Account and use your email address and password to
proceed to the next step.

4. Click on Edit Community Contribution information and input our 5-digit
NPO number 92285, click Search, select Forever Friends and Save
Changes.

5. Now, view your profile including your organization participation.

6. REMEMBER, purchases will not count for Forever Friends until after you
register your card and you must swipe your registered Ralphs REWARDS
card or use the phone number that is related to your registered Ralphs
REWARDS card when shopping for each purchase to count.
