Whatever your interests or skills we have a volunteer position that will fit. We need volunteers who, in addition to having a passion for animal rescue, have skills in administration, record keeping, human resources, animal behavior evaluation, dog training, and many other areas.

We need volunteers who can transport dogs in Ventura County, foster dogs until their adoption, check animal shelter websites, contact potential adopters, conduct ‘family interviews’, and help place Goldens in appropriate homes.

We have tasks that require a minimum time commitment and those that require a substantial time commitment, so if you have an interest in helping a Golden, come join us and become a Forever Friend.
